On this cold winter day, here is a link to an article I know you will enjoy. It includes one of the most adorable Poodle photos I have ever seen, and even a link to a short Poodle movie.
Thank you Charlene Dunlap, for all of the wonderful work you so generously share!
Here's the link guys, enjoy! http://caninehorizons.com/Versatile_Poodle.html

What a wonderful article! I have been training dogs for eleven years and know how special those poodles are--extremely smart and focused with a strong desire to please. Many of my clients will tell me that they just want their dogs to know the basics--sit, down, come, stay. They say that they don't need their dogs to know any fancy tricks or anything....those things don't matter. Well, what does matter it that we challenge our dogs, get them using their brains, provide them with ways to release some energy and work. Trick training does all of these things. It gives us a really fun way to incorporate family members into the training process and provides us with a way to bond with our dogs in a very special way. Thanks for sharing this fun and important article!
